Los Angeles Lakers 101, San Antonio Spurs 71

Blogged under Bloglockers, Front Page, Game Recaps, General, The NBA Playoffs by alleyoop on Sunday 25 May 2008 at 1:47 am

The Spurs never had a chance on Friday Night against the Lakers. They only shot 34.5% from the floor and they were outrebounded 44-36 and that is a recipe for disaster. Tony Parker led the way for the Lakers with 13 points and 4 assists. Tim Duncan pitched in with 12 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists. No other player on the Spurs had more than 8 points in Game #2. The Spurs better get into the groove soon or his series will be over soon. The Lakers led this series 2-0 as it shifts to San Antonio.

    Its About Over
San Antonio Spurs are down 3 games to 1.
Thank the heavens this ongoing crap in San Antonio is about over, just one more loss and its all over for another few months.

No more spurts flags flying from cars, no more kids shaving the name spurts in their noggins!
Go Lakers go is my thoughts. Let LA and the rest of those west coast liberals have all the glory or maybe I should say glory hole.

The leaders of the NBA are getting what they wanted and what they paid for. There is no interest in a Spurts chumps game. The viewing market out there wants a chumps game between the east coast and west coast where the real money is for the NBA/National Bobo Ass. Its all rigged lock stock and barrel.

If the Spurts lose does this mean the over paid, over sexed, over indulged Spurts players will take a pay cut? Na, they wont, will the people of San Antonio stop indulging these professional sports players with every bit of their spare change, just for the honor of paying homaged to the Spurts? Na, I’m sure they wont. I am sure all the hyphenated Americans in this city will continue to drain their pockets of all their cash to honor of these over paid dirt balls.

I am sure all the city of San Antonio needs to do is build another new arena for them out of taxpayer money and I am sure they will win again. Maybe the owner of the spurts will show us the errors of our ways. All I want is your money, and all will be better for all of you. Resistance is futile, you will be assimilated. The Spurts collective will overcome!!!

Professional sports in this country has reached its zenith I hope. When people realize what they are getting for their money and can not even afford the gas to go to a game let alone buy the over priced ticket maybe, just maybe the light bulb in their little pea brains will start to light.
This one way street that professional sports has with its fans is unfair. Let them make the big money for winning, but let them lose money for losing! Each game won you get paid, each game you lose well you do not get paid. That would make sports more interesting. Maybe issue handguns to the players so they can shoot their way to victory! LMAO
