They also outscored the Pistons 48-38 in the second half to surge to victory. Tony Parker led the way for the Spurs in this game with 19 points, 7 assists and 1 steal. DeJuan Blair (18 points, 12 rebounds and 1 steal) and Manu Ginobili (13 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists) also had solid games for the Spurs last night. Richard Jefferson (11 points), Tim Duncan (10 points) and Matt Bonner (10 points) also pitched in for the Spurs last night. The Spurs are now 43-8 on the year.
