Things were looking bad for the Spurs who were down 3 points with only 1.7 seconds left in the 4th quarter. That’s when the magic came into the building when Manu Ginobili inbounded the ball to rookie guard Gary Neal, who hit the game-tying shot to send the game into overtime where the Spurs outscored the Grizzlies 13-6. Manu Ginobili led the way for the Spurs last night with 33 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Tony Parker (24 points, 2 rebounds, 9 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot) and Tim Duncan (13 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot) also had solid games for the Spurs last night. George Hill (12 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists) and Gary Neal (7 points and 1 rebound in 10 minutes) also helped out, off the bench. The Spurs are down 3-2 in this series but last night’s game could really hurt the Grizzlies’ psyche.
