The Spurs have re-signed 30-year old SF/PF Boris Diaw to a 2-year, $9 million dollar deal.  Diaw played in 20 games (7 starts) for the Spurs last year and he averaged 20.3 minutes, 4.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.  He played in 57 games (35 starts) overall for the Bobcats & Spurs last year and he averaged 25.0 minutes, 6.4 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game.  Diaw has now played in 680 games (468 starts) in his first nine years in the NBA and he is averaging 30.0 minutes, 9.5 points, 4.9 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game.  This was a smart move for the Spurs as Diaw can play almost anywhere on the basketball court.
